5 YEAR OLD DERREN BARNES FROM CROFTFOOT IN GLASGOW HOLDS A CHARITY TIN FOR THE SCOTTISH COT DEATH TRUST WHILE FAMILY MEMBERS (L TO R) ALLAN GRAHAM (UNCLE), JACQUI GRAHAM (AUNT), TRACEY BARNES (MOTHER) CAROL BARNES (GRANMOTHER) & UNKNOWN COUPLE, RIGHT HOLD A NET FULL OF PINK & BLUE HELIUM FILLED BALLOONS BEFORE ALL 1510 BALLOONS WERE RELEASED INTO THE SKY ABOVE GEORGE SQUARE IN GLASGOW IN REMEMBERANCE OF THE 1510 BABIES WHO HAVE DIED OF COT DEATH IN THE 25 YEARS SINCE THE SCOTTISH COT DEATH TRUST WAS ESTABLISHED. DERREN BARNES' BABY BROTHER ROBBIE DIED OF COT DEATH IN APRIL 2009, AGED 2 1/2. THE FAMILY HAVE RAISED OVER £11000 FOR THE S.C.D.T.
